New spa in herts - rooms to rent

I have been asked to approach companies that offer tooth whitening, semi permenant make up and other add on treatments that would be interested in renting rooms in a new spa in herts.
There are so many nowadays - can any one give me any advice on who to make contact with and any companies that you have good experiences with.
