Hi i'm a qualified massage therapist and want to learn some no hands moves to use to save my hands from RSI. Does anyone know of some qood courses i live in the Herts, Beds area. Thanks

Also look at hands free massage, i do this and it suits me fine and advanced massage such as deep tissue and trigger point.

I haven't been on a no hands massage course but have watched a few you tube clips and its not teaching you anything that you can't learn anywhere else.

I also offer lomi lomi massage which is very kind on the hands.
