Northampton nail tech wanted room to rent

hi there,
i currently rent a room at the gym ,i really miss working with other nail techs(did so for 17 years before) so decided i would advertise,before i do that i thought i would post on here,
rent is £80 per week or £25 per day and gym is open 7 days a week 6am till 10pm.
