Oxygen machines-do they work?

I am specializing in Anti-aging and am looking to take on a another machine. I already use the CACI Ultimate. I am thinking about purchasing an Oxygen facial machine. I use Bio Therapeutic products and have been thinking about two machines. The BT Air or the Nora Bode.
Has anybody used these machines or any other machines.
Do they really give the results the manufactures promise.
Can you recommend any other anti-aging machines.
