Part Time Stylist
Luxe Hair Design is looking for an experienced part time stylist to join their team. Luxe Hair Design prides itself on its personal and friendly hairdressing service. The ideal candidate would be somebody who demonstrates a high level of hairdressing ability and can build a relationship with the customer in terms of the service provided and personal relationship.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Cutting and Styling
Guidance and advice to clients on appropriate styles for hair
Consultation on products and hair analysis
Demonstrate a high level of creativity
Recommend products as appropriate
Skills and Requirements
High level of expertise and knowledge of hairdressing and the industry
Ongoing education desire to improve and build on skill set
Demonstrate personal style and appearance consistent with Luxe Hair Design image
Excellent team player
Strong verbal communication skills
Quality and detail oriented with high standards
Good time management skills
Understanding of Health & Safety standards required in the salon
Adhere to salon etiquette
Education
Trained to at least NVQ Level 2 and have at least 2 years salon experience.
Successful applicants will required to attend an interview and should be able to provide references.
