Pedicure from home

Hiya, I'm doing my first pedicure tomorrow, so far all my appointments have been mobile but the lady is the mum of a really good friend and it is a gift for her mother's day present. The problem is she wants to come to me so she can get out of the house and have a peaceful pamper so I'm going to have to set up the back of my lounge up as a treatment area as she is also having a manicure.

I know she is going to love both treatments but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas what I can do to make the experience feel more of a relaxing treat/pamper for her and not just like she's been pushed to the back of the room out of the way.
