Perma microwave steamer

Please can someone help me. I pulled out my microwave steraer set that I have not used ( or seen ) in years. the only problem is I cant rember how to use it.

no, I got i years ago and the only thing the box says is perma microwave steamer set. so I am really stuck. but I am sure it is the same as a normal microwave steamer set.
