If the dreads were long enough you would just put a bobble in and tie it back. :S I'm still not sure I get what you're asking.

It'll be synthetic hair added in then so there isn't any actual dreads in his hair. Your best bet is to find a hairdresser near you who installs these and ask for a consultation. You're probably looking at several hours for a fitting.

ok what if i wanted to do it with real hair how long would that take to make?what would the price for the synthetic hair be?and would with real hair be better?

Everyone's prices are different so it's worth looking into stylists in your area that offer dreads. You would need your hair to be very long to get dreads that length with real hair. Hair shrinks up a lot when put in dreads so that's something to bear in mind. Also if you change your mind it's much easier to remove synthetic dreads than real ones. The potential for damage to your hair is less with synthetic hair.

You can buy specialist shampoo to wash dreadlocks and normally it's diluted with water to make it easier to work in to the roots. Your natural hair is braided into the dreads so you wont see it if they are installed.

Last question if u have say black hair if u want red dreds do you have to dye your hair.? Can the color diference be seen if not dyed

These are plaited into the hair in individual dreads. They are easy to instal/remove, however if you have light hair and black dreads then you will see the contrast between your roots/plaited bits against the black?

You dont wash these synthetic dreads like your normal hair, but have to wash your scalp/roots.
