Racoon glue gun

needing a racoon glue gun lost it moving properties. racoon are wanting £500 for the whole starter kit just need the gun.if anyone knows if there is a different alternative that would be great need it asap help.:cry:

How long have you had it? If it's within a certain period (I think electrical items is 2 years), and you've looked after it well, I'd check out Trading Standards and say the gun is not fit for purpose and you want a refund 'for the whole starter kit' as they won't replace it on it's own.
