reception vs treatments

ok iv worked a a beauty therapist for over 3 years in a busy salon/clinic recently the business has been sold and I'd been asked to help out on reception and o my goodness how rude are the clients is this just my salon?? or do any of you other girls find this iv since quit the reception roll ( you also had to do alot of admin)
some clients would get impatient on the phone and when id look to see how long they had been on the phone it would be no more then 2-3 minutes.

I have worked on reception too. Yes clients can be inpatient and it is always receptions fault if they cannot get an appointment.
