Hi everyone, sorry if this is a silly question but I am a mobile nail technician with a name I thought of do you have to register your business name or only if you want to sorry if this is silly but wasn't sure as I'm just starting up

Hey no u don't need to but i think u do if ur going ltd! But u Shuld check with companies house and make sure there isn't another company called it! You have 3month to register with tax man. I hope ive help and given u correct info xxx
