Removing hair tint from head block.

Hello, does anyone know how to remove red hair tint from my training head block's face??? I have used:
Skin stain remover
household bleach
hair bleach
none of these have worked so far, please help

I would have said hair bleech but if that hasnt worked then im not too sure, i havent put any permant colours on my block yet...
