Hi
im currently building a beauty room and my beautician is renting the room from me in 7 days time.
I Need a contract or an agreement template ? does anyone has this or know where to go?
she is her own business - this contract just covers all areas ect from how much pay to damage etc - we have already sat down and spoke about these factors but we both want in writing with signatures.
