Renting a room for manis and pedis

Does anyone rent a room or table in a salon / health club or anywhere else, and concentrates soley on manis and pedis? Do you find you are fully booked?

I have a table space in a hair salon and I first started out doing mani, pedi, and nail extensions, I found I was quite busy at christmas and all through summer as alot of clients would have their nails done whilst having their hair done, whilst colour on etc, I now offer spraytans and waxing which has really made a big difference.
