Hi geeks. Do any of you with a salon, rent out space to a hairdresser? If so how much do you charge? I am thinking of renting a space out and would just charge the rent to include all bills, insurance etc. The hairdresser would supply all their own materials. I am in Blackpool. Northwest so any one answering from this area, would be great as I know rentals will vary greatly, depending on the area. Thanks everyone.
