Renting a Space

Hello to all you Beauty Therapist out there,

I’m opening up my own hair salon for the first time, I have the space to rent out the beauty room, I’m based in London.

As this is the first time I will be doing anything like this I was just wondering if you could help me by telling me what salon’s roughly charge to rent out a space ?

It depends. Theres no real guide. You can work on a percentage basis of what your therapist takes i.e 20-30% etc or you can charge either a daily or monthly rent. What the rent will be depends on the area, and what you include with it such as heating/lighting/water/phone etc.

Again anything up to £100 could be charged, but again that can vary greatly.
