Hiya Ive just recently opened a tanning salon and have a beauty room to rent un furnished. I was wondering what would be the going rate to rent the room out daily and also if it would be more worthwhile kitting the room out and taking a percentage. Iam new to the business and would like as much info as possible.

hi kez kez. We have just opened our own hair and beauty salon and charge 25.00 per day for our treatment rooms, which i think is reasonable. The rooms are furnished, so our therapists have only there products to bring. They have there own waiting area and we have even put display cabinets where they can do there own retail. It works very well. As alot of places charge by the hour.
