renting space as a hairdresser in salon

hi there everyone!!

just wondering if anyone could help me? i have recently made arangmentgs to rent space in a salon were it is a hair extension only place, her rent is 550week i agreed to pay 250 a week for use of salon i have to bring my materials and use of water and elec, is this reasonable??
