Renting space in salon - what is a fair price?

Hi all

I'm new to all of this and so am doing some research in preparation for when my nail courses finish and I can get cracking on putting everything into practice.

I'm considering renting some space in a local hair salon who offer nails also and was wondering what other people were being charged? I have been quoted 30% but I don't know if this is good or bad. I've looked through other postings but nothing seems to be quite answering my quetsion but I have learnt lots of other things in the process so thanks for all the knowledge sharing!!

hey there!
I rent a space a couple off days a week and i pay 25% off what i earn if i do not earn anything i dont pay anything. I also provide my own stock!!
