Room Rent Contract

Hi, i am a newbie to this site so please be gentle.

i run a tanning salon and am looking to branch out slightly by renting a room to a beautician.

she quite rightly has asked for a contract........do i need a solicitor or does anyone have an example i can copy (bit cheeky i know, but have a phobia of solicitor bills!) we have settled on a flat rent of £100 /week

Try calling business link they will give you info/advice, they may even have a template for one. Worth a phone call.
