hi-i am just about to open my hair and beauty salon. i have had a couple of girls interested in doing nails that want to work on a percentage basis. what is the usual percentage that you pay? i know hairdressers that take 40% if the girls have their own stock. is it roughly the same for nail technicians? thanks
