Room to rent help- spray tanning

Hello Guys!
I am new to this site but I must say it covers everything and I love it!!

I have recently done the Tantrick spray tanning course and would like to start renting a room in the Gravesend, South East London area.
I would be available to work Friday afternoons and all weekend.

What kind of rent should I be looking to pay and do any of you know of anywhere that currently has a room to rent?
Also, what are the best places to rent a room for spray tanning: nail shops, hairdressers, etc??

Any info would be much appreciated.

Ooo I'd be interested to know what the charges are like in the area so I know what I should be looking for as I'm currently mobile but considering renting a room (would love a salon but that's just not gonna happen right now).
