Hi Lisa, The room is available because Kerrie our beauty therapist has had a baby and is happy to stop working when we get someone else to take it. She has a nail bar and a hydraulic bed in the room. ( I'm not sure what her plans are for those but she may want to sell.) There is a wash basin and cabinet for storage. With Kerrie giving up there maybe the chance to pick up some new clients.
