Hi Geeks,
So I'm currently doing my NVQ lvl 2 in beauty at college and part of my theory is asking to 'find a salons greivances and appeals procedures' and print it off. I have asked a couple of local salons I know and they are all self employed - rent a chair style and I've looked online to see if I can find a copy but as you can imagine I can't find anything
Would anyone be so kind as to share theirs with me? I would be eternally grateful!
Honestly some of the things they expect us to do for theory is rediculous! I'm 34 and have been a makeup artist for 5 years, was in sales and admin before that for 14 years and I feel like a naughty school girl because I can't keep up!
