nkd ( ) waxing, which was recently made the flagship UK salon group for Perron Rigot waxes, is looking for a new Manager for its Nottingham city centre boutique.
The right candidate will have strong leadership qualities with several years management experience. They will be sales-driven with a high level of business acumen. A full understanding of KPIs and P&L reports would be an advantage. They would also be self-motivated, hardworking and trustworthy with exceptionally high standards.
A passion for waxing is of course essential, and working knowledge of Perron Rigot wax is preferable but not essential as intensive waxing training will be provided. The job would initially be split approximately 50/50 between treatment and management time, although the proportion of time spent on treatment will decrease as the company grows.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to really make their mark within this fast-growing and ambitious company. nkd recently opened its second salon in an upmarket department store in Scotland. Further expansion across the UK is planned, which the manager of nkd Nottingham could be a key part of.
