Salon Services/Sally Beauty trade card

Hey all, I recently got a Salon Services/ Sally Beauty card in store, and tried to put the details of my card into an online account. On the web page it asked me to put in my trade card number and my location/ eir code. There is two different numbers on my trade card and I tried them both, and both of the numbers denied. Does anyone know if there’s something I must do with the card before I put my details in online ? Should I go back in store, could there be something wrong with card?

if you haven't already I would ring customer services and have your laptop withyou to try and log in over the phone. I think there can occasionally be a delay when setting up.
The number is on their website 0330 123 1907 Between 9-5 pm. HTH
