Hey all, I recently got a Salon Services/ Sally Beauty card in store, and tried to put the details of my card into an online account. On the web page it asked me to put in my trade card number and my location/ eir code. There is two different numbers on my trade card and I tried them both, and both of the numbers denied. Does anyone know if there’s something I must do with the card before I put my details in online ? Should I go back in store, could there be something wrong with card?
