Schwarzkopf Goodbye Yellow and Indola Blonde Addict the same?

Hello, i got indola blond addict and im absolutely happy with it. But still decided to try out Schwartzkopf goodbye yellow. I smell it and it’s identical to indola’s. So I decide to check for the ingredients. Everything is the same. Instructions, addresses, ingredients. So what’s going on? Is Indola Schwartzkopf’s brand? The only difference is that GB Y claims to be sulfate free. Plus goodbye yellow retails for more than blond addict.

They are both part of the Henkel group. Indola is the smaller affordable brand. Their Blonde expert bleach is very good, but not cheap cos it has 'hairbond technology' in it.
