Hi everyone,
Me and my wife are in the process of getting our salon ready to open and we have a few questions in order to make sure we're fully compliant and our customers will be safe whilst in our salon.
We will be offering sunbeds, nails and a whole host of other treatments but we are a little lacking on clarity when it comes to the tanning side of things.
We are using an EPOS system to run everything through, we will be keeping track of bed usage, client courses and client records on here but we wondered legally do we need the customers to sign a disclaimer detailing the risks of tanning or is displaying a disclaimer enough to cover us?
We have tried to remain paperless but having clients fill in physical waivers changes this somewhat, does anyone have any help or advice for us please?
Thank you in advance,
Chris
