I am looking at bringing in a SPMU artist into the salon on a clinic basis and have no idea whether to commission it or charge daily rate.

Just wondering if other salons do this what do you charge or how you go about it xx

My advice is to contact the techs directly that you are interested in and ask them what their rates are. Well established good techs will have an established rate system. Where are you based?
