Staff problem

Hi,
I'm desperately trying to find an experienced therapist with at least 5 years of experience however this is proving difficult can anyone recommend where to advertise

This is a BIG problem for us employers.
Many experienced therapist's now work from home / log cabin, or mobile.

As beauty is a more personal service, the client can often prefer this arrangement, as they are not looking for a 'buzzing' salon environment, but more of a tranquil setting.......

Have you considered renting your beauty room....?
The other option could be to take someone fresh from training, and then train them up to your standard.

I have the same problem as a hair salon owner....it seems so many take the 'mobile' route nowdays, believing all employers to be greedy slave drivers!!!
