star nails vf21 lite please help

can anyone tell me why i cant get a shine when doing vf21 lite. the fininsh looks grainy and dull.
i am training at the moment so any help will be appreciated.

Hey,

Have you tried using a graduated buffer to bring the nails to a high shine?

i do use a buffer but it still seems to be dull and you can see all the marks where i have buffed them.
