Right im wanting to introduce targets so that i can push staff and motivate them also so i can keep a track of how well we are doing. Plus im going on holiday in a couple of weeks so want them to be focused an not lazy while im away so i know im still covering overheads etc. Does anyone have something in place at the minute an what do you do? Also does anyone have any actually templates of Target Sheets etc?
