Hey guys id like to ask your advice....

Due to newly recruiting two new staff members.... Exciting [emoji126]
Im considering changing to a tier system and would like everyones take on it.

The levels would be as follows:

*Director
*Junior stylist
*Trainee stylist

When talking to clients they have expressed that they dislike when prices go up due to 'staff promotion ' in salons in my area.
Obviously this happens additional to rising costs such as products /utilities and stock.

And its business, I get why even if they don't.

Can you tell me what you do in your salons please and why it works for the business and what you believe the benefit is for the customer?
Hope you all and have a lovely Sunday xx

Hi
I've found that a tier system is good because it allows you to cover all price ranges for everyone. Your stylists can be promoted when they have an 85% request rate and it allows growth and standards, you have to have enough stylist to manage this but from my experience its really good.
I've been in business for 27yrs and have 2 salons ...
