Towel warmer

Hi I’ve just qualified in beauty facials and I’m going to be using hot towels, I’ve bought a towel warmer and just wondering how you use them? Mine came with not very clear instructions. I put the towels in for 20-30mins to go through the sterilising process, I find the towels are a perfect temperature when I first start the treatment but then the towels get hotter and hotter. Am I supposed to turn it off when they get to a certain temperature?
Please can anyone give me any tips. Thank you

I’m new an just wondering when you would use the hot towels? To remove cleanser?
