Train to gain & apprenticeships

Hi ya folks
Has anyone ever employed anyone in an apprenticeship for nail services or a train to gain
Im looking into these options to help me to get staff for my salon opening and was wondering your thoughts or if you have had any dealings with them

Hi
I have a Beauty Salon and employ a Beauty apprentice who is learning NVQ level 2. She does Monday and Tuesday @ College and then she works with me 3 days.
It really helps having her around as she can do reception duties and also is an extra pair of hands for me. She is getting some invaluable Salon experience and regularly practises her new found skills on the other Therapists.
I pay her £90 a week which is the average wage for an apprectice.
