hi and welcome:)

To be honest iam not a fan of courses that can be done in just a few days have you thought about your local college?

Also there is the cost of all the little private courses that one is £150 plus kit costs just to learn basic skincare and facials which is a lot to me.

Also if you decided thats what you want to do and its for you then make a few insurance call if you are thinking of doing this a carear.

As the schools diploma may not be recognised by insurance companys even though most of them say that they are.

hope this helps and this is just my view and may not be the view of ever person on here:)

Ive heard the beauty academy is good!! as long as its not a home course x

Hi, I found the course details on the Beauty Guild website. I have been down the college route before and it won't fit in with work/family commitments as I've done some beauty at college and couldn't do the practical because I had no clients. I was hoping to do a few courses and then apply for a part time job. Could you recommend any course venues that offer a VTCT or equivalent course?

Hi it was the home course I was interested in doing. Is the home course not very good?

No not really, as you dont get hands on experiance its best to have a course where the actual teacher is teaching you, are you in essex?as there is a lady who comes to your home (if your in essex) ans teaches you in facials, waxing, tanning etc x
