using fan brush

Does anyone have any advice on how to use a fan brush for nail art ?

i know i use an enamel for the base colour, but do i use enamel or acrylic paint with the fan brush ? And is there a knack to doing it ?

I've had a few goes, but it always looks bleeurghh !!!!!

Hiya ive used both acrylic paint and enamel with my fan brush. It help if you just flick it across the nail without putting on to much pressure. When using enamel try to use a thin one, Its easier.
