Voila colour advice on high lifts

Hello all hair dressers!
We have recently taken on using the new VOILA Italian colour range.
Getting on well with it, they are great colours to use and very true to the swotch.
We have come across a couple high lifts that we are not entirely sure on......
12/0S? What does the S mean? And also....
0/99? Is it a toner? Do you use 3%, 1.8%?
Could anybody help please?

I've never used the brand but I would expect the S means special lift and the 0/99 is a mixtone to be added into other colours

Surely you would have gotten a colour manual? If not your colour rep would know
