Voluntary work

Hello!
im currently doing my NVQ level 2 two days a week at a private training place, i really wanted to do an apprenticship but arent well enough to do full time at the min, i just wonderd if anyone knows if it would be possible for a salon to take me on for one or two days a week on a voluntary basis

why dont you type up a covering letter, detailing to a prospective business what you can offer them (ie dedication, enthusiasm etc) and give them to local salons etc. There may be a salon out there that would be happy to take you on a couple of days a week,and train you up 'their' way.
