Watermark?

Anyone know of an app that watermarks the whole page like a wallpaper rather than just a title that could be cropped out,
Please share if you do x

Have you tried iWatermark? It lets you use an image as the watermark which you could use to cover most of the photo. Xx

I have A free Watermark you can fade the words out and put across full page etc if you want itsreally good.and free xxx
