I work from home alone so would love some help on this!
I've just done a new clients regrowth highlights ... About 2-3 inches.
She told me that she doesn't have bleach on her hair.
Her natural level is about a 7 (strawberry blonde) lots of warmth.
The front half is quite grey about 50%
Her previous highlights are a very bright blonde... Level 10.
I decided to use 12.81 with 12%
It came out really ashy almost with a purply tone to it!
I would like to correct it
Could some one give me some advice what to use.
Do I need to use something with warmth in it?
Any help would be much appreciated..

I would try your blondor bleach and warm water (eyeball for few mins) and should take the purple out then re tone

Yes that's what I will do...
I think she was too grey to use highlift. Should of used a 10.1 maybe.

See what it's like when it's dry, can't say without seeing what you have to work with. If necessary yes would re do until client is happy!

If I do the highlights again with a 10.0 kp would you use 6% developer?
As its already been lifted and I'm depositing colour back in?
Sorry to be a pest.. I'm questioning everything I'm doing now... First time I've had to correct something.
Thanks for the advice btw[emoji4]

Its hard to say without seeing what the result was, did you take any pics?. If the hair has already been lifted enough then technically you just need to re tone using pastel and desired shade.

I would put a 10/0 on with a 1.5 developer, should tone it down.
