What do you struggle with in your salon?

I have been struggling with managing my color inventory. I got some great suggestions here on ways to handle it better which I'm thankful for and it got me wondering, what do other people struggle with in their salons? I'm just curious...

Selling products. I'm constantly whinged at for my "lack of retail skills" as my so called manager said to me the other day. It doesn't matter that I have been a hairdresser for over twenty years and really try. I've done training etc but I still struggle.
