What is going rate to rent a room?

I have been offered a small beauty room but owner hasn't really thought about how much she wants. What is the normal daily rate to rent a room please x

Depends on size and location. I am in Kent and room rent out for around £500-£600 per month

Totally depends on size, location and what you get included.

I let out a room for £400, we are a quiet salon with on site parking but not a lot of passing trade..I am in a high end area and could probably charge more.

The room includes electricity and use of the internet plus landline with limited calls.

Sorry was able to get back on until today. Thanks for your reply. The room is in a ladies only gym and quite small. Reception area and they will take bookings for me.

What would a daily rate be do you think? I am I'm northwest x

I rent out a room £100 per week all in

Daily rate I charge £25 but if they wanted it full time I would come down on price. That includes all bills, towels, sheets, blankets, tea, coffee etc.

We don't do bookings as this can blur the lines between employed and self employed.
