Don’t dwell on the negatives but use this as a learning opportunity and move on.
It sounds like maybe you got too involved in how she runs her business?

A lot of salon owners who also work in the salon struggle initially to set boundaries with their renters as they see them as members of their salon team, when they’re not and shouldn’t be. As the salon owner, you take their money for rent and provide some basic services such as water, heating, possibly backwash products but general laundry, colours etc. should be agreed by negotiation.

How she runs her business, sets her prices, advertises her services, and deals with unhappy clients is 100% her responsibility.

The pictures on her Instagram, why do they have your logo on them?
As a self employed person, she can post pictures of her clients on her Instagram including her clients that she saw in your salon, but if its pictures of your own clients/your work, then you can tell her to remove them and that you are withdrawing your permission for her to use them in her advertising.
