When a stylist leaves...

When a stylist leaves to go to another salon, what percentage of clients:

- Follow her;
- Stay with the salon;
- Find a different salon?

Any opinions and/or links with this information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

It depends whether the stylist has had chance to tell clients where they are leaving to go to or if they have had chance to take clients phone numbers etc...
Best thing i would suggest if you want to keep the clients in your salon would be to send out a special offer with a new stylist.
If they have been contacted by the stylist i would say most would follow her unless they are looking for a change anyway...
