White hair to pink!

I need advice at the moment I'm a White blonde and recently I've been seeing pictures of these pastel colours and I really want to go a pastel pink like Elle goulding i work with goldwell colours and I can't seem to find one with them but wondering do Loreal luo colour do one? Or one you guys think go well this this pic?

goldwell do a brand called elumen which is semi permanent bright colours like blue green pink etc, you can also get a clear one which you can mix with the pink to make it pastel.
If you look around the forum theres a list of toner mixes for wella which have a light pink in them i think.
