Hi everyone.
I'm putting together a little aftercare leaflet for our shellac clients and having trouble with wording without sounding defensive!
Every now and again we have a client who maybe gets a chip or two after a week and want those nails re done for free which we don't offer.
We're confident in our application and 99% of the time everyone is fine.
I want a couple of sentences in response to someone who may say it's chipped.
Like 'our product and service procedure hasn't change so therefore what happens when you leave the salon isn't our fault'
Haha but much nicer and less rude!
I'm terrible with wording and sometimes don't understand that if a client chips a nail they instantly think it's our fault?!!
