Hi!

I have just started doing tanning parties to gain a little more income and I wasn't sure how old I should get consent forms for. Would you do under 18 or under 16? Just thinking if I get a group of High school leavers for prom!!

Ideas please!!??

You need to find out what your insurance requires. After all they are the ones who will cover you if something should go wrong. It doesn't matter what anyone else does it matters what they need you to be doing.

Ring them and ask them what they need from you and if they need a consent form, for under what age, and what information needs to be on it, and who is to sign it - mum/dad or both mum/dad and the underage person.

Thank you! I rang them and they said I didn't need to have them however I could for my own benefit and also have a consenting adult present when tanning under 16s.
