a few questions about fabric

hiya just looking for a few answers really i've been playing with the fabric system since i bought a kit at excel, my freind loves it but i'm only getting on with the silk really as when i use the fibre glass i can see it over the more than white not a problem i have with the silk! i've tried playing with the bonder with not much luck any clues as to where i'm going wrong??? also when i read to tutorial a while back re rebalances it said you only neeed to use more fabric every second time which i thought was great as really cuts down time but is this only with the clear overlays as when i treid it with the more than white it buffed off at the end stages!!!!
also can the more than white be used with l&p and if so at which stage would it be used?
