Advice on hair please

I'm trying to figure out if this is new hair growth or am I starting to thin out at the sides? Any advice would be appreciated

Do you wear your hear up tightly alot in buns or ponytails?

Could be traction alopecia

Medications , contraceptive pills can all cause thinning of the hair.

I does look like your hair has thinned out. Wouldn't be new growth. It may just thin a little and stop. It happens as we age

You can buy great Hair Vitamins in Tesco , maybe see if that helps

thanks so much for replying I recently stopped taking evening primrose oil capulses wonder if that's caused it, trip to Tesco's it is!
